We provide a statewide extension educational effort on crops and cropping systems, range and forages, weed management, soil management, nutrient management, and water quality.
Helping Kansans Grow
We have specialists located in Manhattan, as well as, four extension specialists and one multi-county specialist located in four regions across the state to better respond to local needs. Our agronomy program is delivered at the local level through county agents and district agricultural agents.
Information When You Need It
Members of our extension faculty work hard to provide relevent and valuable information to industry members and producers through publications and field days. As part of our mission as a land grant university department, these resources helps us get the best information into the hands of Kansans.
