Official Schedule as of September 14th

Sunday, Sept. 16
  • 6:30pm: Registration, orientation, and dinner at the Stanley Stout Center

Directions: 2200 Denison Ave, Manhattan KS 66502 (1.4 miles from Throckmorton). From Campus, continue north on Denison Avenue After you pass Kimball Ave and the Fire Station, there will be a driveway on the east side of the road for the Stanley Stout Center. There is also a sign for the Stanley Stout Center. Follow the driveway up the hill until you hit the Stanley Stout Center. Parking is available right in front of the building.

Monday, Sept. 17
  • Practice Pits – See Practice Pit Schedule
  • Meals on your own.
Tuesday, Sept. 18
  • Practice Pits – See Practice Pit Schedule
  • Meals on your own
  • At 7:30 pm, Coaches and Contestants Meeting in 1018 Throckmorton Hall. Review practice sites with official judges and questions. You can park in any lot on campus, just not 24 hour reserved or handicap spots.
Wednesday, Sept. 19
  • Practice pits until 3:30 pm
  • Breakfast and Lunch on your own
  • Dinner at 5:30 at Konza Prairie Station
    • Go over instructions for contest day
    • Need names of 4 team members for overall team score

Directions: 100 Konza Prarie Ln., Manhattan, KS 66502 

Drive on Konza Prarie Lane until you reach the buildings. You will see a sign that says authorized vehicles only - keep going!

Thursday, Sept. 20
  • Contest Day
  • Assemble at Agronomy North Farm.
  • Box Lunch provided
  • Evening meal and activity are on your own

Directions: Agronomy Farm (2200 Kimball Ave)

Friday, Sept. 21
  • 8:00 am - Awards Breakfast at the Stanley Stout Center**
  • All placings and awards are final after awards presentations.

**Access to the Stout Center will no longer be through the temporary entrance off of Denison Ave. Access will be moved to the route indicated on the map below. This means coming off of Kimball Ave. at Agriculture Rd. and going through Grains Complex and Meat &  Goat Farms. Traffic will then cross Denison Ave. and enter through the new permanent Stout Center entrance.
