Kid's Field Day is an annual event held at the North Agronomy Farm at 2200 Kimball Avenue in Manhattan that provides 4th Grade students in the local school districts the opportunity to learn about a lot of really cool things in Agronomy, Animal Science, Entomology, Plant Pathology, Horticulture, Grain Science, and Biological and Agricultural Engineering. Please take a look at the slideshow to see photographs of the different stations, with captions that explain the activity shown in that photograph. Our most recent field day occurred September 6-7, 2017 and we hosted our new record number of kids: 698 from 28 classes!
