How to Apply

Applications are accepted at any time. However, U.S. citizens and permanent residents desiring admission and consideration for an assistantship for the fall semester are urged to submit their applications early, preferably before March 1. International applicants must submit application materials by January 8 for fall (August) enrollment, August 1 for spring (January) enrollment, or December 1 for summer (June) enrollment; however, international applicants desiring admission and consideration for an assistantship are urged to submit their applications one to two months prior to the January 8, December 1, and August 1 deadlines.

Applicants must complete an application online at the Graduate School website. Instructions regarding the on-line application process and information regarding the availability of assistantships may be obtained from Mr. Robert Berry, Assistant Graduate Program Coordinator, Department of Agronomy. The application fee is $65 for U.S. citizens and permanent residents and $75 for international applicants. International applicants whose native language is not English must demonstrate competence in the English language.
